The Company may exercise this right of termination, with or without giving notice to you. You agree that the Company shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

Quantasoul shall not be liable to make any refunds whatsoever in case of non-utilization of the Service or Service Equipment by the Subscriber for any reason.
